Under 5s Dance & Musical Theatre Classes

Welcome to the wonderful world of dance and creative movement. Our younger
performers are encouraged to express themselves and have fun! Both boys and
girls are most welcome and each child learns the basic technique for dance and
creative movement to music. All classes are fun and packed with steps so your little
star can learn 'how to dance' quickly and easily. It's a great place to be and a great
start for little ones who will hopefully find a love for dancing, singing, acting
and performing.

To all our new little stars - we look forward to meeting you and if you feel a little
worried, you're welcome to bring along a friend to take part in the class.

Twinkle Toes (6 months – 2 years)

This wonderful class for tiny tots introduces your child
to the world of movement and music. Developing your child's sensory
skills the class will enhance your child's pre-school learning by stimulating their
imagination, confidence and co-ordination. At the end of every term all of our
lovely tiny tots receive their special Rosette when they complete their time in
this class, a special keepsake to remind them of their achievement, and of course,
not forgetting our very own loveable character "Twinkle" – all help to create an
exciting new theme each week.

The Twinkle Toes Programme is taught during the day and at approved daycare
nurseries. Please call for further details.

Baby Ballerinas (2 years – 4 years)

A fun fairy tale introduction to the world of classical ballet for all Baby Ballerinas and of course handsome Princes too. Enchanting stories incorporating listening, co-ordination and social skills. Carefully planned and structured dance classes to music introducing basic ballet technique and mime.

At the end of every term all of our baby ballerinas and handsome Princes receive their special Rosette when they complete their time in this class, a special keepsake to remind them of their achievement.

Nutcracker Sweeties (4 years – 5+ years)

A class for our Prima Ballerinas and young Kings. Come on a special journey with the fairies and don't forget to bring along your own magic wings and crown. Carefully planned and structured dance classes to music introducing basic ballet technique and mime.

At the end of every term all of our lovely Prima Ballerinas and young Kings receive their special Rosette when they complete their time in this class, a special keepsake to remind them of their achievement. As children reach the age of 5 years, they are given the opportunity to take a ballet examination and work towards receiving a medal, report and a beautiful certificate.

Broadway Tap Babies (20 months – 3 years)

For little ones who like to make a big noise with their feet! These classes introduce young children to a language of rhythmic sound developing musical, counting and co-ordination skills. At the end of every term all of our lovely Broadway Tap Babies receive their special Rosette when they complete their time in this class, a special keepsake to remind them of their achievement.

Dinky Boppers (20 months – 3 years)

If your little one loves to "wiggle" and "boogie" then search no more! Fun and exciting dance classes allowing children to stretch their bodies and imagination in a creative and stimulating environment. Come along and be a Dinky Bopper! At the end of every term all of our lovely Dinky Boppers receive their special Rosette when they complete their time in this class, a special keepsake to remind them of their achievement.

Jitabug Jazz (4+ years)

Encouraging the development of co-ordination, creative, musical and social skills. The Jitabug Jazz classes provide a good foundation for future modern theatre and jazz training and are ideal for boys and girls with bags of energy!

At the end of every term all of our lovely Jitabugs receive their special Rosette when they complete their time in this class, a special keepsake to remind them of their achievement. As children reach the age of 5 years, they are given the opportunity to take a modern dance examination and work towards receiving a medal, report and a beautiful certificate.
